1.1 The digital operation interface features intuitive prompts and easy setup. Weighing control parameters can be entered via buttons and a Chinese help menu is available. It also offers various functions, including real-time monitoring, and password protection.

1.2 The operation panel automatically displays the package quantity and number of packages (current package weight and package count are displayed at all times, and fast and slow feeding speeds, as well as the material gate switching value, can be easily set), as well as automatic/manual switching. It also provides automatic control after the number of bags per scale is set, eliminating the need for manual bag counting.

1.3 The weighing controller should include calibration, automatic zero tracking, and tare functions. The operator initiates these commands via buttons on the weighing control cabinet. These functions can be determined based on the weighing process status and adjusted through bag removal verification (for platform scales with a graduation value ≤ 50g).

1.4 Power-off Protection: The system automatically saves its status after a sudden power outage, restoring the material gate to its original state to prevent spillage and blockage. 1.5: The processing software includes user dialog boxes (process flow and configuration parameters, test and inspection methods, etc.), weighing data control, process monitoring, fault detection, and signaling systems.

Bag Sewing Unit:

Comprising a sewing machine and a liftable sewing machine column, it features a maximum sewing thickness of 8mm, a sewing speed of 1700-1800rpm, a stitch length of 6.5mm-11mm, a needle size of 80800x250#, a mechanical wire braid cutter, and a 380V, 50Hz drive motor. The liftable sewing machine column is equipped with a sewing machine lock switch and a reserved location for the belt conveyor control switch. The height is adjustable to accommodate the desired packaging height range.
